Photovoltaic assets
A surface treatment for suitable photovoltaic installations where dust, organic deposits and environmental soiling affect panel cleanliness.

Solar modules face rain, airborne particles, bird deposits, traffic pollution and other site-specific contaminants. Soiling patterns vary with panel angle, drainage, surrounding activity, weather and cleaning frequency.
Top Shield reviews the installation, access method, panel condition, existing cleaning regime and available performance data before defining a treatment proposal. The coating is intended to support cleaner panel surfaces and reduce the performance impact of environmental soiling.
A credible project should start with a defined baseline and monitoring plan. This allows the asset owner to assess results against comparable panels or historical performance.
Factories, warehouses, offices and institutional buildings.
Industrial and utility sites with structured maintenance programmes.
Water-based installations requiring controlled access and work methods.
Sites where safe access and cleaning logistics affect maintenance.
A project plan may cover visual inspection, panel cleaning, baseline generation data, test and control areas, application conditions, curing, documentation and agreed monitoring intervals. Safety, manufacturer requirements and warranty implications must be reviewed before work.
Coating does not replace inspection, electrical maintenance or all cleaning. The maintenance plan should respond to site conditions and observed soiling.
