SmartCoat describes its nano titanium dioxide coating as photocatalytic. Under suitable light exposure, the coated surface is designed to support oxidative action against selected organic pollutants, malodours and microbial contamination. It complements routine cleaning and ventilation. It does not replace them.
Applications may include walls, ceilings, partitions, furnishings and selected high-touch areas, subject to material compatibility and project requirements.

Our process
We review the site and objectives, identify suitable substrates, define preparation and access needs, then apply the selected coating using the prescribed method. The work plan accounts for occupancy, ventilation and operational constraints.
Completion documentation can record treated areas and application details. Where relevant, pre-treatment and post-treatment measurements can be discussed during specification.
