1. I have received a colour that differs from the one displayed in the Color Chart. What should I do?


A slightly difference, often invisible, is totally fine. In cases of harsh differences, you can send a mail at to get in touch with one of our technicians.


2. I have received the correct colour, but I don’t like it anymore. Can I change it?


Yes! It is possible to change the product for free within 14 days from delivery if the package is unopened.

The costs for the return will be charged and a purchase voucher will be generated for the difference.


3. I followed the entire procedure but the result does not satisfy me. What can I do?
